Chase Elliott, Jimmie Johnson plan to make Rolex 24 returns

Johnson scored a second placed finish overall in the Action Express Racing Cadillac DPi-V.R he shared with Kamui Kobayashi, Simon Pagenaud and Mike Rockenfeller. Elliott’s car – the sister #31 AXR Caddy – finished sixth in class, eighth overall, after suffering a gearbox issue while running on the lead lap on Sunday morning.
