British Masters: ‘It was good to get back behind the gate’ – Jamie Law

Apico Husqvarna’s Jamie law got stuck into the first race of the season on sunday, at the world famous Hawkstone Park for round one of the Bridgestone British Masters.

“It was good to get back behind the gate” Explained J-Law. “I broke my leg last season so I hadn’t raced since July. I knew I wasn’t really ready with the lack of bike time but I was pleased I went.”

“First race the dreaded arm pump set in after ten minutes so that was a tough race, but I finished sixth in the MX2 Class. Second moto I had blown the cobwebs off and was much stronger but unfortunately crashed trying to pass one of the 450 guys, which led me to finish Eighth. I’m pleased to come away with some racing experience going into the first round of the British in two weeks.”
