Herta, Rahal puzzled by O’Ward’s restart pace, Palou less so

O’Ward’s Arrow McLarens SP-Chevrolet surged forward on the last two restarts, passing Scott Dixon, Graham Rahal, Palou, Herta and eventually Newgarden to claim an impressive victory.
