MXGP Britain: – ‘The home GP is going to be good’ – Dickinson

MXGP World Motocross championship is heading to Matterley Basin this weekend, with a mix of British wildcard riders heading to the winchester circuit.

British MX2 rider Ashton Dickinson being one of them, signing up as a wildcard for the second round of the championship, on board his ADR Racing KTM.

We caught up with Ashton pre Matterley, to discuss how he’s fairing up for the challenging weekend ahead.

“I’m really looking forward to Matterley, the home GP is going to be good,’ said Ashton.

“Especially now we have the fans back, I did most of the triple header GP’s last year with no fans so it was very strange with no one being there to cheer you on.”

“It’s going to be really fun to be at home and have the fans there, I’ve prepared well by eating clean throughout this week, training wise is pretty much the same, if you change too much it can set you back a bit more.”

“Moto’s and trying to stay focused for me this week, Im looking forward to it!”
